You've got questions... we might have answers
I'm not a big fan of memes, but this one is right up my alley since I love explaining the insanity of my brain to others.
If you have any questions about any of my characters, feel free to ask here.
This includes basic canon info but is more geared towards like . . . motivations, specific camp behavior, past events, anything else you can think of, really. "Why does ____ do this?" "Why does ____ act that way around them?" "Why does ___ not want etcetc?" etc.
This is more to fulfill any curiosities rather than a forum for concrit, but feel free to use it that way too. "Why the fuck would ___ DO THAT like you did last night?" Believe me, you may get more than you bargained for. I like to talk.
Lelouch and Setsuna be your targets.

There is also Cornelia obviously, with their relationship here, as well as his de-aging, playing harder on his previous issues with killing Clovis. Lelouch does have a genuine desire for people to understand him if he believes they can, and such is the case with Cornelia. It is important to him just as it is important to him that Suzaku join Zero on his own merits and not through Lelouch's influence. (Note, the other thing that plays into this is Lelouch's reliance on that friendship and unwillingness to have it tested through revealing to Suzaku that he is Zero and seeing what action the other will take. If Suzaku finds out/has found out on his own, that's another matter altogether.) This does not mean that he thinks he and Cornelia are no longer opponents. Cornelia has her side, and he has his. He knows there is very little chance that this will change. It just means that he's not as focused on overcoming her for the time being. He's still wary as hell, especially after their last talk. But their is that part of him that enjoyed being with his older sister because Lelouch is ever obsessed with the past, hence why his friendship with Suzaku means so much to him. It's also why he will do his best to never directly die to Euphie, although he does lie by omission.
And yes, many of Lelouch's friendships at camp were originally his desire to find people with special abilities who could be later used once an exit was determined. He tells himself that is why he continues to nurture them, but it's less true at the moment. Lelouch just likes believing he's a bad guy, although his intentions are not entirely wicked. The other thing is that Lelouch honestly enjoys the respite. The main reason why he was so agitated with his life before finding C.C. was because he thought it was useless and had no place. In a way, Lelouch has a place at camp, although there is still a huge gaping hole where his sister should be.
In conclusion, Lelouch still wants to DESTROY BRITANNIA. But he's willing to at least consider alternatives.
Hope that's what you were looking for.
