Raphael trusts Setsuna to be capable as a Messiah and as someone to love and take care of Sara. In that sense, he does have quite a bit of respect for Setsuna (though he'd be hard-pressed to admit it). OTHER THAN THAT HE DOES NOT LIKE SETSUNA VERY MUCH >:/
