SOTU/anything goes meme for my boys

So my characters have all been busy little beavers, development-wise and I should probably essay about this. Unfortunately, I am a lazy ho and I have to return to work in 30 minutes so instead I'm doing it the quick and dirty way. The SOTU. Let's bring it.
Setsuna: Has been having restless issues, as the situation sometimes brings home his frustration with not being the champion everyone expects him to be. He had some interesting stuff going on with Hatter, which I totally dropped the ball on by missing the Masquerade post. I AM SO SORRY HATTER. Setsuna has Alexiel's warrior spirit inside him, which tends to make him stir-crazy if he can't unleash some violence once in a while and having few opportunities as of late have made him more likely to provoke people than before. I should also probably do something with Sara. Sara, let me know when you're around and we can poke around with ideas and stuffs.
Lelouch: I have mentioned the Lelouch's issues with his over-protectiveness of Nunnally, which are coming even more into play now that she is expressing more interest in training and knightmares and the like. Also, poking at his concerns about not yet telling her the truth about Zero or the future. Despite what he knows about her future self and her basic want to understand him, Lelouch still blames himself heavily for stealing away her "innocence" and wants to preserve as much as he can at camp. Her learning the truth about Rolo was a dire blow to him, but Lelouch still can only shake his protective instincts toward her so much. While he tries to grant her space for growth, he refuses to shatter her illusions, even though it really would probably be better in the long run, as Cornelia continues to urge him. Lelouch is one of the worst at accepting change. And yes, this will come into play in a major way in the near future.
Further complicating matters is Lelouch's recent realization and acceptance of his feelings toward Suzaku, normally latent but given a hearty push through the latest mistletoe incident. Though acceptance may not be the best word, as Lelouch continues to resent himself for said feelings, especially given the knowledge of his sins and his ever-uncertain feelings about being in camp in the first place. Realization of Suzaku's own conflicted feelings further worsened issues to the point of Lelouch hoping that actual admittance would somehow allow the issue to be put to rest as an impossibility. But things played out a little differently than he hoped, resulting in yet more confusion as to the proper response for the situation. Though they did allow for an actual moment of truth between the boys. And Suzaku's still unsure and tentative encouragement isn't making things any easier for either of them, as Lelouch continues to waver.
Zero: Ever since Yuuki's arrival in camp, Zero has been having a rough time of it, especially given his blood's reaction to her presence and that fact that he was mostly stabilizing prior to her arrival. Camp has further prodded this scenario, with the mistletoe resulting in Zero losing control and biting Yuuki, thus calling down camp's wrath in fuzzy animal form. Zero is extremely frustrated and angry at himself for this, as well as being guilty that he caused Yuuki more pain. His talk with Ebi allowed him to express some of these conflicts and even had him have to face up to their impact on Yuuki in turn. Zero honestly doesn't want Yuuki to suffer because of their past, but he also continues to hate what she is and knows that because of what he is, he can't allow himself to think about her in any way other than a potential threat. But the recent realization that his interruptions to all Yuuki's attempts to help camp were seen as implications that she was helpless also shook him and he is drawing a bit away from such cutoffs. These attempts have always been difficult for him to accept because they remind him too much of Guardian Yuuki, which is something he's worked to distance himself from.
On the vampire front, Zero is learning to use his vampire "associates" to gather information and is quite willing to trade his own semi-respect and assistance for the advantage. He is striving to learn whatever he can about the various types of vampires now in camp, powers and the like, while gauging which are the immediate threat and which he can take his eye off once in a while. Though it is hard for him to accept that some vampires have chosen to forgo human blood, it does intrigue him enough to warrant giving these vampires more of his time. He is casual but guarded with them, as opposed to the outright disdain he shows other vampires. But the very concept has somewhat shaken his world view on them in general. That said, he will still shoot any one of them that tries to bite a human without consent.
I am considering essaying on Zero the Vampire Hunter because I think it's important for people to realize what he's capable of and what might be some things we can play with, if they're interested.
Toboe: The puppy's recent development has been his fling with humanity. I did this because I thought it would be fun to give the pup a taste of what he finds so fascinating about people. I also plan to toss up a post where people can interact more with the human-puppy if they wish because I did not quite get time to do all that I wanted to do with the idea. Do tell me if you're interested. But through the experience, some may have noticed that the puppy does retain a tiny bit of the knowledge and can recognize small words and sort out ones that are phonetically easy. This excites him so he will probably be trying it more. I don't intend for him to actually improve at it now that he's back in wolf form. It just gives me more to poke at in sign posts and the like. He still will probably not be able to understand what camp's usually complicated says actually say. But the change also made him appreciate his wolfhood more because he became more aware of all the shortcomings that humans encounter. Toboe is very much a wolf; he just likes trying new things. This is also a step toward him getting back his independence at camp, as he's had very few challenges to secure his self-confidence in a long time and performs best under fire.
Kiba: Has nothing especially new, just a slightly more accepting view of humans and a growing interest in their strange beliefs. Seriously, Kiba may find all concept of religions unwarranted but as a fellow believer, he can't help listening to their own goals and faiths.
Eddie: Also nothing especially new, just trying to find ways to help people out.
This is also where I take questions if anyone has any regarding any of the above mentioned zaniness or anything else pertaining to my characters. I love questions. You can even ask for a relationship meme if you'd like. If you have questions you don't want the world to see for any reason, you may reply to my handy-dandy screened post for that is what it's there for. o/
Oh, and I will intro Peter soon. Possibly tonight when I get back from work.
