That's a little surreal for him.

I talked about how it happened more here! (http://cureworsethan.livejournal.com/2133.html?thread=14933#t14933) But for dealing with it now... he really is feeling lonely, and like he screwed up, and like Itachi hasn't really tried in a way that seems meaningful to him. It's all very disappointing, and at the same time sort of surreal. This wasn't supposed to happen, and it's not the sort of problem he's supposed to have in the first place.

He's processing it, and he's starting to have... thoughts. But in the end, he's still really trying to center himself and figure out where he's at, and accept what's happened with Itachi and with dying.

He's not quite there yet.

Who would you try to top me into apping from any of your canons?
